Our density tables enable the precise separation of the heavy and light fractions of dry bulk materials.

This is achieved by a combination of several methods:

• Vibration of an inclined grid
• Creation of an upward air flow that fluidises light particles
• Extraction of fibres and dust by a cyclone/filter

How does it work ?

It is the difference in density and surface area of the bulk materials that allows for highly efficient separation. The mixture to be treated is fed onto the grate and fluidised, the heavy elements rise and the light elements are discharged through the lower part of the machine.

Separation is optimised and air and energy consumption is reduced to a minimum.

The motors are equipped with an electronically controlled damper.
