The MC range of single deck vibrating circular sifters is the answer to the most demanding requirements of high throughput when only one cut is needed.

With its two lateral motors, the MC control-sieve have a higher sieving performance than any other machine.

They are more particularly devoted to control sieving in cases where you want to validate the granulometry of the supposedly calibrated inputs (e.g. introduction of a foreign body into a bag of material) or as a safety sieve in order to protect your machines located upstream (protection of your shredder for instance).

MC vibrating screens are available in diameters of 400, 600, 900, 1200, 1500 and 1800 mm.

Technical advantages :

• small footprint with flow from the bottom of the screen and side discharge of rejects;
• very favourable sieved surface/flow ratio in dry or wet process;
• Vibration adjustment by positioning the unbalanced weights integrated in the motors;
• Additional vibration control by changing the motor setting angle.
